WHAT IS ARTBOX?
An artistic leap from coloring books and crayons, ArtBox is the next level of creative exploration for kids of all ages—developed by the professional, enthusiastic, and talented team at the Ann Arbor Art Center.
ArtBox is just what you might expect, “art supplies in a box” and included in the box is a packet filled with unique ideas for art projects easily made in the comfort of your home. New projects will be uploaded and available weekly on our website’s Art Resource page. The goal of ArtBox is to provide a creative outlet during our shared experience of staying at home. We are so excited to watch this program grow and connect us as a community of makers!
ARTBOX DISTRIBUTION
The Ann Arbor Art Center is identifying and connecting with non-profit partners and community organizations throughout Southeast Michigan. We have partnered with the Community Action Network (CAN) to distribute ArtBoxes to families with children who may not have access to art supplies. If you are a non-profit or local business serving young people and families and would like additional information, please contact Kate Robertson at krobertson@annarborartcenter.org.
Every $30 donation allows us to distribute one ArtBox to someone who may not have access to art supplies.
